Urine Pet Treatment (UPT)

Urine Pre-Treatment (UPT) is an enzyme-based solution designed to break down the salts in urine, preventing the formation of ammonia gases that cause unpleasant odors. For minor accidents, we may apply UPT as a topical spray. In cases where a rug is heavily saturated, we apply a more intensive treatment, working the solution into both sides of the rug to help address deep-set urine deposits.

Antimicrobial Treatment

Antimicrobial Treatment uses a powerful cleaning agent to eliminate harmful microorganisms that may be present in your rug. While it is most often applied after flooding to prevent or control mold growth, it is also effective in killing common household germs, fungi, and mildew.

Stain Guard

Stain Guard is a protective finisher that helps safeguard your rug against spills and stains. This water-repellent treatment causes liquids to bead up on the surface instead of soaking into the fibers, making clean-up easier and reducing the risk of permanent damage. For best results, Stain Guard should be reapplied after each professional cleaning.
