Step 1: Inspection

Our technicians perform a thorough inspection of each rug, identifying stains, damage, discoloration, and noting any special customer requests. We carefully examine the fibers, fringes, colors, and underpadding before tagging every rug in our system by material, size, and origin.

Step 3: Pre-treatment

Every rug is pre-treated with a safe, eco-friendly dual solution of soap and treatment, applied through pressure washing to soften and break down built-up minerals. Annual washing helps prevent these hard deposits from damaging your rug’s condition and long-term value.

Step 5: Machine Wash

Next, each rug undergoes a gentle machine wash for a deep, thorough clean. Soft brush pads carefully scrub the fibers, removing stubborn stains and mineral deposits, while excess eco-friendly soap and water are filtered through our drainage system. This process ensures every part of your rug—from the pile to the fringes—is cleaned safely without causing damage.

Step 7: Drying

After the centrifuge removes 90% of the water, rugs are immediately transferred to our climate-controlled drying room to draw out the remaining moisture from the fibers. Prolonged dampness can cause color bleeding, mold, and bacteria, which is why our enclosed facility is equipped with industrial fans that circulate filtered air and maintain low humidity—creating the perfect environment for safe, thorough drying.

Step 9: Packaged, Ready for Delivery

Packaging is the final step of our Quality Control process. Once approved, each rug is carefully hand-lifted onto a specialized winding table that electronically rolls and wraps it in a thick protective plastic cover. While the seal is not airtight, it provides secure protection during transit. We advise customers to avoid storing rugs in damp environments and to remove the packaging immediately upon delivery.
